We finally are back on the road and moving along! Being in Utah for those 2 months went by pretty quickly but we are all glad to be out of there! Since we are in the West now we figured it was time to the West Coast, which is our favorite area. Before RVing us kids and Mom would take a road trip once a year to Washington and Oregon. Dad would have to stay home and work so it was just us out on our own for sometimes 3 months. We loved it and those are some of our favorite memories we have but Dad was always missing from them. Now we are excited to be in the area again with him and share all of our favorite places.
We took the some route we usually did which takes us through a little town called Glenns Ferry in Idaho. It is just a cute little small town with not a lot to do. But on the outskirts there is a Museum that we love to go to, a really pretty river, and a Vineyard we always take pictures in front of. The Museum is a “Discovery Center” and it has always been on of the stops that we make. We were headed that direction but when we got there we were sad to find out it had been shut down because of funding problems, we were bummed but decided to hangout there for awhile longer and take our pictures by the Vineyard.

It was a pretty warm day and the river looked so perfect to take a swim in. With the RV parked we took the Dogs and headed towards the river eager to cool off and take a quick little swim. It’s a pretty wide river and looks gross when you get down to it, but it didn’t stop us. All of the kids were ready to hop in but none of us would take the first plunge. Conner ended up being the brave one with Kelby soon to follow. I took a little more persuading but me and Zoe too a jump on a three count. It felt really great and we had a great time swimming around. The dock was fun to jump off and do sweet tricks off of.

There was also some boaters there so they made some wicked waves for us to play in. All in all it was a great day and nothing feels better then a swim on a warm day!

P.S We tried to get Mom and Dad to come in but they were being party poopers J
