This is a cool way to prepare omlettes for the entire family that are custom made for each person and are all ready at the same time. You break 2 eggs in a zip lock bag and add whatever you want in your omlette (cooked sausage or bacon, ham, cheese, vegetables, ect.... and you squeeze out most of the air and seal the bag. Mash up the eggs and mix everything up in the bag. Drop them is water that is just short of boiling and let them cook. When they are cooked to the firmness you prefer, open the bag and place on a plate. Now everyone can have a hot omlette of their very own and your family can bless the food and eat together.
