Lois and I left Charleston, SC in Feb. 2004 in our newly purchased 1997 Winnebago Adventurer, which we got on the cheap due to body damage and systems that needed work. We had planned to travel far and wide until fuel went so high and the economic downturn tore up our small next egg. We travel in the southeast and mid-south, staying mostly with the US Forest Service and the Army Corps. We love the lifestyle and will continue until health or other unpredictables force us to settle. We now stay near Jacksonville, FL to help with a bew granddaughter.
